  • Excellent Show

This show has taught me a lot about how to manage my arthritis pain as well as my husband's migraines. Hearing the celebrity stories is really encouraging and interesting. Dr. Christo really seems to want to help people feel better. A 25 minute show is perfect for listening on my commute and I like how they have a person who has suffered plus the opinion of an expert or doctor. Lots of great perspective and hope!
