Apart from that it was brilliant. Top stuff!
I'm so glad I found this podcast to indulge my World Cup fixation and laugh out loud on the metro during my morning commute. This hilarious pod is a unique and lighthearted perspective on the tournament. Greetings from the USA! Keep it up!!
I've been looking for more football podcasts lately (being already a devotee of all the Totally Football and Guardian Football Weekly podcasts) and this is a brilliant antidote. Hilariously funny and genuinely entertaining. The conversations go in all imaginable directions, often with only tenuous connections to football, but still properly interesting, whether relating to culture, history, philosophy, or whatever. I'll miss it after the World Cup is over.
Good fun, really enjoyed a listen, great idea to have a fan v non-fan chat. Interested in what Cosmic Football could be: could Andy propose a new sport? I'd forgotten about Hoddle's tenure. How about Andy responds to managerial dilemmas from the past? E.g: McCarthy v Keane, 2002 Saipan incident? Hope this keeps up for the tournament. Cheers.
