這次邀請到Kimberley老師，聊聊他的瑜伽旅程，以及經營教室的挑戰與困難。「覺」是台北難得一見的瑜伽空間，由老屋裝潢，保留原本老屋溫暖的感覺，也由於是老屋，才難得有個很大的陽台，採光很好。我當時看到「覺」的風格就非常的喜歡，有別於一般瑜伽會館的簡潔明亮教室，「覺」給我的感覺很像家，不論是地板、陽台的植物或是飾品及傢俱，都很懷舊。雖然我沒有去過，不過透過照片的視覺傳遞，溫暖和平靜彷彿能從照片裡傳送到我的心。 more
