另外想請問蕭御醫，左脈細弦右脈正常且右大於左，個性窮緊張，大號天天有但很乾，早上舌苔白白一層時特別口渴，喜歡喝水尿也多，吃得油膩一點就易脹氣（完全不能吃油炸或難消化肉類），飯後愛吃酸的，以上這些線索看得出體質嗎，又該怎麼保健呢？

從某次連續幾天每天只睡三小時之後開始右耳耳鳴，是咚咚咚的聲音，有節奏但跟心跳不同步，還會覺得堵堵的。醫生說耳咽管阻塞，吃幾天藥，加上大考結束每天睡飽，大概一個多月沒有再發了。最近每天只能睡不到五六小時，才不到兩週耳鳴再次出現了，中西醫都看了，可是鼻過敏導致的耳咽管阻塞好像很容易反覆，從小就過敏這麼多年也是今年才開始耳鳴。從第一次耳鳴到現在快半年，時好時壞，真的好困擾，也很容易因此心煩氣躁，睡不好，精神很難集中，難道真的只能像過敏一樣跟他共存嗎？
