哈嘍～不知道Sean和蕭醫師記不記得2024年冬天有一則高三生的留言，當時的我只聽了幾集就留言了，一直聽到現在，想跟你們分享我的故事。
當時高三的我因為壓力大舊病復發，但是已經西醫治了十幾年總是反覆，所以我那時候對西醫治療沒有信心了，同學便問我要不要嘗試中醫。因為以前沒有接觸，所以對中醫有懷疑，當時在網路上翻來翻去找到了講透中醫，聽了之後才下定決心去嘗試。很幸運的是我遇到了一位很好的醫師，他顛覆我對醫師的想像。我從小就對人體感興趣，但因為幼時的就醫經歷，很討厭醫師這個職業，我遇到的這位醫生他第一次讓我覺得「原來醫生也可以是這樣」、「原來生病不是我的錯」，我覺得這和中醫的全人觀也有很大的關係，加上後來把節目從頭到尾聽一遍，發現自己第一次對一門學問這麼感興趣。所以在那個說早不早說晚不晚的時間點我決定要考中醫系，這一年多的時間裡我都有持續在聽講透中醫，很開心今年有幸能考上中醫系，緣分真的是很神奇的東西，我的同學、這個節目、那位醫師，這三個因素少一個我都沒辦法發現自己原來也有一個那麼渴望學習的科系。謝謝你們的存在，祝節目長長久久的播下去！希望蕭醫師和Sean幫低調，不想被認出來🤣

第一個問題是
昨天剛聽完解毒那集，裏頭有提到不流通就是一種毒。
好奇如果完全相反，也就是身體過度流動有可能會是一種病嗎？
第二個問題是
最近發現很頻尿，大約每一小時就會想上廁所。目前騎腳踏車上下學，早上會花一個半小時運動，平時會帶一個兩公升的水壺，一天會喝個3-4桶，胃口也比之前大很多，近期亦發現手上有黑色素沉澱，聽完消渴症的特徵是多吃多喝多尿後，怕自己有病，請問這樣子的生活到底是健康還是不健康呢？
