Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

XENOM Gives CrossFit A New Accessible Event To Train For
Q: So how is the target consumer defined for Xenom, and how does it compare to Hyrox and CrossFit?
The target consumer is a CrossFitter who has six months of training and also a high-performance athlete in the hybrid space; they aim to attract both everyday gym members and the more serious, competition-focused crowd by offering a scalable, inclusive two-day event with a clear elite tier.
Opening Up First Franchise Studio w/ Alpha Fit Club Woodbridge
Q: Walk me through the franchising process and who they reached out to for guidance.
They sought feedback from existing owners, then contacted a central contact (Rob) and connected with Sam to learn the steps; the process was detailed but ultimately supportive, helping them move from interest to signed agreements.
QnA: Should I De-Affiliate From CrossFit??
Q: So let me ask you two couple of important questions. Number one, is CrossFit just a part of your naming convention, or is it the sole methodology that your customers pay to receive at your gym?
CrossFit can be treated as a core methodology and a branding element, but you can grow an independent identity by spinning up a separate brand around a niche service while keeping CrossFit as the core offering. The key is to create a distinct perception and SEO footprint for the new brand, so customers understand the difference between the core CrossFit offering and the specialized service you want to add.
Nearly $3MM In Revenue Via Semi-Private Training w/ Pratt Personal Training
Q: What is the core employee profile you look for?
Pratt mentions the ideal candidate is generally someone in their 20s or early 30s, possibly without significant overhead, who appreciates the upward trajectory of their career at Pratt.
From CrossFit Coach to Member Management Software w/ Mateo Lopez
Q: What do you think about like the skills you've acquired over the years with all the different like being a part of two brain and doing a marketing company and now the software and all that?
I am aiming towards two thousand happy gym owners on our product.
