    This podcast is fun and informative. It takes a deep dive with certain gym and small business owners. It’s helpful for anyone trying to start a small business, but particularly helpful for those who own, operate, hoping to operate a fitness or health and wellness driven business. They focus on key business terms to bring it to an audience both at a high-level, but also in a practical way where you can actually learn and implement changes for your business. Keep it up

  • Amazing show!

    Such a great show if you’re looking to learn how to run a successful gym. The way they interview successful gym owners and dig into what they’re doing to have a profitable business is so insightful. I’ve learned so much. I listen to a lot of podcasts and this is easily the best one. Appreciate all you guys do and couldn’t recommend this show more.

I went into finance after college and got into training after 9/11, eventually finding CrossFit and opening up my own affiliate.
