  • A Fresh Perspective on a Storied Genre

This podcast is very unique with a fresh, insightful, unpretetentious perspective on the storied genre of WW II films. I especially enjoy the host’s, (Jeff’s), wry wit and “sidebars” delivered with idiosyncratic phrasing.

  • Short on extra info

Kind of disappointing. was hoping for a show like Simmons Rewatchables, which is the benchmark for this type of podcast. This is mostly a rote reading summary of each movies plot. Would like to hear more info regarding production, casting, location stories etc.
