First of all, I have to ask why so few ratings? I just discovered this podcast and have binged on over a dozen episodes, loving every one. The host is so sensitive and asks the right questions of her guests, and, so far, her guests are all amazingly well-spoken people who provide me with so many ah-ha moments. There must be a ton of women out there who listen to and love this podcast but have not reviewed it. It is so good! Bonus is no ads. Thank you Dr Viado for providing this helpful series.
So glad I found this podcast that often focuses on and discussed Complex Trauma & CPTSD. It’s a very helpful podcast and the production quality is good. Thank you for this.
Amazing, insightful, podcast hitting on so many subjects and mental health issues. Thank you!
Interesting, quality podcast content, just challenge to listen to when there is loads of what sounds like somebody drawing on paper furiously with the biggest marker pen 😬 might be somebody talking with their hands and rubbing their elbows in a table the entire time. 😬
This podcast always gets me thinking about issues personal to me and give me great great insights. Her guests are so smart and I enjoy listening to the dialog between host and guest.
Thank you Lourdes
