It’s easy to listen to the podcast and think - Helen knows her wine, and I want to support her business and purchases her wines. Don’t do it. The customer service on the business side is awful, read the online reviews. I placed an order for a gift box well in advance, Helen’s wines forgot to ship it, shipped it late and then fed me some dishonest story that didn’t align with the documented order or shipping details. Offered nothing to make the situation right.
