    These podcasts contain good info…the one thing I have yet to hear addressed is how money is usually a huge challenge for families and addicts and the fact that without the necessary financial resources the professional help that is suggested within the episodes is simply not attainable. The system and the price tag keep addicts stuck because in my experience the majority of individuals and families that are affected by addiction simply cannot afford the help that is desperately needed.     Christopher Doyle does a great job of selecting guests who cover the various topics around addiction and recovery. He is open about his own story which lends credibility. He is also knowledgeable about addiction and how to help family members change. I would highly recommend Why Intervention as podcast to listen to regularly if you are concerned about substance use disorder.
