    Thank you, Hadeel. This podcast is saving my inner peace and sanity. I grew up with a covert narcissist mother, the other family members flying monkeys. I married a narcissistic man and got away once I realized. Staying together for my children has been so hard and I’m in a war with my family because they undermine me to my kids and everyone else around.   • Terrible - cliched and inaccurate

    I was looking for a podcast to help me after being in a toxic relationship and a friend suggested I try this.

    but, really, its terrible. The tone is cheesy and comes across as patronising, and the content seems mainly to have been copied from one of the many thousands of Youtube sites on the same subject. There’s nothing original here.
