I have loved my whole life with the belief that my weight/size dictated my success. I really enjoyed this podcast because it started me on the road to changing how I value myself. It has helped me to plant the seed that I have value that has nothing to do with how I look or even if I’m successful or not. I have really enjoyed the Feel Good Challenge, and I’m looking forward to incorporating We Shape more regularly into my movement and my personal meditation.

I don’t have to conform to the societal belief that hammers that diet and exercise make you beautiful. I am beautiful the way I am and my body has served as a vessel that has worked hard for me to get me to who I am today. It’s... more

I am grateful to this podcast and to Weshape for helping me crack the door open with curiosity and ask questions to evaluate my beliefs and find if they are serving me!! I love the book club of sharing Byron Kady(spelling) and I’m going to look for some of her books. I’m so used to caring and serving others, but through weshape I have gained a new perspective and am in the process of destroying my old beliefs that don’t serve me and rebuilding new ones. Primary and foremost is self care!! I joi... more
