    As I began this challenge I needed to rekindle the motivation I had lost. After my RKR I couldn’t get it together. The frustration I had of not doing what I used to do was disheartening. It just seemed like no part of my body was willing to work correctly. The quad was a dead quad. Yes, I was hard on myself.
