  • Like cool aunts

I’m definitely way younger than their target audience, but this podcast is so perfect! I even find myself sucked into episodes that don’t apply to me at all. It’s like hanging out with your cool aunts and soaking up all the wisdom that will serve me now and down the road.

  • Like a comfortable chat with friends

Marcella and Sharon have such a great way of making you feel like you are sitting with good friends sharing a cup of tea. They don’t sugar coat life but make you realize that the bumps in life are normal when so many of us have felt alone. I love listening and am grateful for the communities they have each built.

Episode 43: Progesterone, DHEA & Pregnenolone
Q: What role does DHEA play, and how should it be dosed?
DHEA acts as a brain and anti-stress hormone that declines with age; dosing is typically low (5-10 mg) to avoid estrogenic overexposure, with testing available to guide use.
Episode 43: Progesterone, DHEA & Pregnenolone
Q: Is pregnenolone safe to trial, and how is it tested or monitored?
Pregnenolone is described as very safe; people can test via blood tests or by symptom tracking, and some opt to monitor levels while evaluating effects.
Episode 43: Progesterone, DHEA & Pregnenolone
Q: What is the difference between progesterone cream and oral progesterone, and can they be taken together?
Oral progesterone provides systemic effects, while cream offers localized delivery; many people use both to balance systemic needs with targeted areas, and they can be used together if appropriate.
Episode 48: From Survival Mode to a Magical Life with Elizabeth Webb
Q: How can listeners begin practicing untethering in their own lives?
Start with discernment about what isn't working, decide whether to rewrite the relationship, distance, or cut ties, and remember that you can choose your lens each day. It's about valuing your own truth over external validation.
Episode 48: From Survival Mode to a Magical Life with Elizabeth Webb
Q: What was the inspiration behind the book and the structure around hope and choice?
Elizabeth explains that hope is the entry point for reinvention, but it must be a broad, discerning hope that empowers action. Choice then reframes past trauma into proactive steps, helping readers re-author their lives with intention.
