What's better in life than something that's free? Urban Velo is a good source for information about riding bicycles in the city/urban areas. It's a good mix of candid stories/interviews from everyday commuters to fixters to anyone that loves to ride their bike. Also the reviews are concise, independent and helpful- oh and the tech help sections are a lifesaver. I love getting the mag for free in PDF form. Helps keep trees as trees and me on my bike.
