Wanted to love this show but holy cow, why interrupt an episode for 20 whole minutes to interview other podcasters about their own podcasts and not spend time reporting on the actual story in the title of the episode? I kept fast forwarding cause I thought it may have just been an ad but it took up the majority of the episode. Was super odd. Reading other reviews, I see I’m not alone. The vibes are OFFFF, do better, Payne. We all loved his original work. This is just a bummer.
Gosh I wish there was a lower rating. I was so looking forward to this series but two women that report with the Payne are insufferable. Couldn’t get through the first episode
I actually have listened to every episode of this show and I still do, however I’ve been less motivated lately since the episodes seem to be more about promoting other podcasters and shows than talking about the actual missing person case. Kind of feels more like into scratching each others backs. Kind of frustrating.
Ahhh!! I’ve been listening to UAVW for several months now but I’ve been listening to True Crime Garage for almost 8 years!!! This week’s episode had me so excited!!! Two of my fav podcasts doing a crossover!!! We need more podcast crossovers!!!
I know the true crime space is crowded but I don’t care about interviews with other podcasters about why they do podcasts. If you’re going to use the names of the victims in the episode title, talk about their story for more than two minutes. This series is floundering.
