    I love listening to her! She gives you the feeling of being Heard- and understood. No matter if you struggle with mental health issues or not: Medina brings up taboos and not only talks about them but also contextualizes them properly. You can always pause and get back to the topic without the need to relisten to the whole or parts of the podcast.
