  • Michele Locke is awful!

Please stop giving her a platform. She is upholding the system that is failing so many women.

  • Enjoyable but huge “BUT”

You guys MUST stop interrupting the gentleman when he speaks. I am interested in what he has to say as much as I am interested in what the Ladies have to say. It comes off as rude and dismissive and it’s driving me nuts. It’s otherwise a very decent show.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Sheriff Nanos Under Fire, the Correspondents’ Dinner Attack, and the Aaron Hedges Mystery
Q: How does jurisdiction play into outdoor investigations when multiple agencies could be involved?
Jurisdiction can become tangled across federal, state, and local lines, especially on public lands, necessitating coordination rather than unilateral leadership, which is something Blood Trails aims to illustrate through case studies.
Sheriff Nanos Under Fire, the Correspondents’ Dinner Attack, and the Aaron Hedges Mystery
Q: What makes crimes in wilderness settings different from typical urban cases?
Outdoor crimes often involve strangers rather than people known to the victim, and investigations contend with vast, remote crime scenes, limited immediate access to evidence, and unique logistical challenges that require different investigative approaches.
Sheriff Nanos Under Fire, the Correspondents’ Dinner Attack, and the Aaron Hedges Mystery
Q: Jordan, how did Blood Trails first come together and what was the original format idea?
Blood Trails began under the Meat Eater umbrella, expanding True Crime content into outdoor settings with a format that blends investigative storytelling with survival knowledge, tailored for a male-dominated audience and tested with a strong pilot before launching a full season.
Murdaugh Conviction Overturned, Kouri Richins Sentenced, and D4vd Video Debate
Q: Is there going to be a retrial for Murdaugh after the overturning of the conviction?
The panel explains that while the murder conviction was overturned due to jury tampering, prosecutors may pursue a retrial, focusing on the integrity of the jury process and the possibility of a new trial on the original charges.
D4vd Court Hearing, Epstein Survivors Speak Out, and Lynette Hooker Boat Seized
Q: What stood out from the Epstein handwriting analysis?
Bart Baggett noted that the two notes likely came from the same writer, were naturally written, and did not show clear forgery signs, but that this alone does not determine whether Epstein killed himself; context and other evidence are essential.
