As a health conscious 40-something woman, I really enjoy hearing Melissa’s tips each day. I’ve added it to my flash briefing on my Alexa devices so that I don’t miss a show on busy mornings. When I have more time, I also listen to the podcast and follow the show on IG. I’ve embraced many of her down-to-earth health tips, like washing your hands regularly to avoid colds, how to fight the flu, and using activated charcoal. This is one of my FAV shows to listen and learn from!
It makes so much sense to make a few minutes everyday to think about health and wellness. I listen over Alexa every morning when getting ready. Keep up the great work Melissa!
I listen daily and I feel like it helps we keep my health and wellness on track. Thanks!
