  • Exceptional

I’ve been listening to this wonderful podcast for a couple of years now and I adore it. Well researched. Thoughtful. Each story told with care.

Mr. Fred’s passion is so obvious and I love that he takes the time to share it with us.

Even the outro makes me emotional as he always has something wonderful to say about people he’s encountered, or have joined the ranks, or he just gives some closing thoughts. I just love this pod—it’s like a warm, history nerdy hug!

The stories brought him much enjoyment up until just a few days before his passing in August of 23. I still listen and think about him and the conversations we would have if he were still with us. Thank you Mr. Kiger and everyone at Threads for all... more
