  • Best WW2 Pacific Podcast

Fantastic show seasons 1 through 4: five solid stars. Seasons 5 and 6: two or three stars, not really my cup of tea. Still, the first four seasons are the best WWII Pacific-theater history you can get. Would highly recommend checking out the books that the hosts & guests mention during almost every episode. Excellent show.

  • ExcellentOne of the most informative and interesting history podcasts available.

A wonderful interesting story told by two great navy veterans who bring the massive world of the navy to life in every edition.

These guys bring distort to life in a way few men can.

Their descriptions of battles are riveting, their description of the leaders, successful and theatrical, are priceless. Just listen to the DOUGLAS MacArthur facts to get a trus perspective on who actually won the war rather than just taking credit!

  • Stick to your guns Jon!

This is the best podcast I have ever encountered! The only reason it doesn’t have a 5.0 average is because of a few Trumpist babies. They’re the types who have always cried about cancel culture, and now that’s exactly what they’re doing. “Federalized Knuckle dragging Battle Monkeys” was a kind description for that which befell Jon’s beautiful city! As a Republican and conservative, I abhor the abject abuse of state’s rights, and I applaud you for speaking out; it must have been bursting out... more
