For you!
Good show. Undoubtedly the funniest of the “revolutions” podcasts. Lots of informative and insightful content. Though I fear they may never know the genius that is Wu Tang v Ninja (1985), aka Ninja Hunter.
Jason Miles is a down to earth musician talking about difficult subjects and Politics with grace and humor and treats his guess like they are people His vast music knowledge is also fascinating and very informative.
I have enjoyed this podcast for a couple years. And I subscribe to the Patreon. Always very informed. Also the show doesn’t take itself too seriously. Great guests for topics on left politics, socialism, sports, black culture and much much more.
Updates often and is well researched and well thought out with consistently great guests and varying topics. Love it!

This show centers left politics with sharp cultural critique, mixing policy analysis, historical context, and humor. Episodes frequently feature academics, journalists, and activists who challenge mainstream narratives on empire, labor, media, and democracy, while also exploring pop culture and everyday life through a left lens. A standout trait is the willingness to tackle hard topics—from US foreign policy and labor organizing to media power and social movements—without taking itself too seriously. The format blends rigorous discussion with provocative takes and a rotating roster of expert guests, which can be both deeply educational and highly entertaining for listeners seeking deep dives and fresh perspectives.
