  • Not being forthright about the Senate being so weak

Why are you hiding behind Thune? Very disappointed in Ted. Today you talked a lot about Kamala and the what the dems will for sure do or try to do yet the Senate has done NOTHING! Starting to think it’s all about re-election for Cruz too.

Q: What steps can be taken to tighten immigration laws to prevent abuse like birth tourism and asylum laxity?
There should be tighter asylum rules, a focus on birth-tourist prevention, and legislative tools to curb loopholes, including evaluating the Forrest Decision and ensuring more robust enforcement mechanisms, with emphasis on moving forward through House passage.
Bonus: Daily Review with Clay and Buck - Jun 30 2026
Q: What do you think about the birthright citizenship ruling and possible congressional responses?
The guest argues that while birthright citizenship was expanded, there should be straightforward legislative changes to the 14th Amendment interpretation, and emphasizes that Congress could act to limit birth tourism and adjust asylum policies, though a political path will face Senate hurdles.

Q: We want to start by asking you about this case involving a young student and the screening tests—what happened and what does it reveal about the broader fraud claims?
The host asks about the specific case of Caden Francis and explains how the tests were purportedly used to screen health but were misapplied, leading to a preventable death, which underscores a broader pattern of waste and fraud in health care that harms real people.
Surging Support to Save College Sports, plus Mollie Hemingway on the Great Justice Sam Alito
Q: How does Hemingway describe the Dobbs leak and the court's handling of the investigation?
