Girl you wiped the floor with her (which I know was not the good faith effort you put in to reach across the aisle to her), and it’s so crazy how inarticulate and unprepared Natalie is to have any sort of substantive conversation. One of my favorite episodes in a long time, because it echoes so many of the frustrating conversations I have in my day to day life trying to articulate the control corporate donors have over the entire Democratic Party as a mechanism.

  • AOC info

Following on conversation about AOC support for sending Israel arms, here’s relevant context from the Guardian: www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/apr/02/aoc-blocks-israel-military-aid

AOC is a smart woman who is becoming an increasingly astute politician.

  • Uneducated Podcast

Unfortunately Briahna has become bitter and polarized, focused on spreading hatred instead of educated discussions. This is clearly why she was fired from her previous role- she aims to meet to place blame on others instead of trail trailblazing with ethical, educated content.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Episode 573 - In Defense of Litmus Tests (w/ Natalie Wynn aka ContraPoints)
Q: How do donor influence and media framing affect policy outcomes today?
There is a recognition that donors and media shape which policies get pushed, but also a belief that sustained public pressure and alternative political organizing could shift the conversation over time.
Episode 573 - In Defense of Litmus Tests (w/ Natalie Wynn aka ContraPoints)
Q: What is the theory of change you see for achieving progressive policy—through primaries, third parties, or reform within the Democrats?
The guest argues for a longer-term strategy that could involve building a left-populist movement or a distinct party, while acknowledging the practical difficulties of displacing the Democratic establishment and donor class.
Episode 573 - In Defense of Litmus Tests (w/ Natalie Wynn aka ContraPoints)
Q: Would you say that we should vote for 2016 Donald Trump because his first term was better than a second term?
The point being discussed is the counterfactual of voting strategies; the guest notes hesitation about supporting a candidate who would continue harmful policies, while acknowledging the complexity of electability and the influence of political narratives.
Episode 536 - "Greater Israel" Does Lebanon (w/ Rania Khalek)
Q: What is the journalist on the ground seeing in Lebanon right now?
Khalek describes widespread displacement, attacks on civilians, and a daily reality of fear and uncertainty, with Lebanon's south being treated like Gaza and forceful evacuation orders impacting millions.
Episode 480 - Towards a New U.N. (w/ Craig Mokhiber)
Q: What is your assessment of UN leadership and reform now that funding is in play?
Funding cuts, inadequate action during live events, and leadership choices threaten the UN; reform should reduce reliance on Western donors and promote broader, more principled funding and governance.
