One of my favorite tech podcasts of all time. "Their Own Devices" deals with kids’ digital health and their relationship with tech and parent’s concerns. I’m currently re-listening to the entire series and enjoying it immensely.

You guys talk a lot about appropriate age for smart phone... can you explore the difference between smart phone and social media, which are two different things in my house.
Interesting and truly useful guidance for anyone with a young person in their lives who wants to do anything with any device.
Extremely interesting and important topics with great choice of guests and great recording quality. However, authors need to learn to listen, they undermine guests by using their anecdotal stories to oppose academic research. Pure mansplaining. My advice learn to use ‘yes and’ instead of ‘yes, but’ sentences.
