No longer informative. Just talking in tangents and I starting following for market news.
This is my favourite show in the Canadian real estate space, primarily because these two guys have so much integrity. There is no agenda, they just want to talk about the market in an honest and transparent way.
This podcast is the perfect mix of relative insights for consumers and agents, plus its fun and easy to listen to. They always have great guests from all over Canada. Tom and Steve will make you smile or laugh, perfect on a Sunday or any day of the week.
Love the listening to the show every week but sometimes there’s way too much talk about politics. I want to learn about the housing market not listen to political rants.
Amazing stuff here folks, Steve and Tom are so knowledgeable about the real estate industry and how current issues affect our market. I am a freshly licensed agent in Ottawa and have binged on their content, it’s greatly improved my own confidence in dealing with clients as I know I am giving the high quality service! They inspire me to be sharp, honest and direct when dealing with others. Ego is left at the door.
