I really like this show and the host is both funny and sarcastic which is a good combo vs the typical host who’s so afraid to offend anyone he can’t say much. The host even blocked me on Twitter because I pointed out how the real estate business is filled with the most unethical people and practices, yet every show he launches lengthy diatribes on these same topics. I’m lucky he can’t block me from downloading his regular podcasts.
