Build Wealth Canada is a very informative Canadian podcast that touches on important financial aspects for Canadians. I’ve been a mortgage lender with BMO for over 20yrs and clients have the ability to blend and extend their fixed rate mortgages with no penalty and should they wish to refinance prior to their term maturity there are no penalties if a blended rate is exercised.
A goldmine or Canadian listeners who DIY their investing and decumulation. Always a must listen when a new episode drops. Thank you!
Excellent idea, content, and some very good guests. However Kornel himself makes this almost impossible to listen to. He interupts guests too much, is too repetitive, and frankly is very annoying to listen to. This podcast is essentially a recording of Kornel asking his own personal questions to guests. Kornel never misses a chance to mention he paid off his mortgage and is FI..:
