The Things That Made England

David Crowther and Roifield Brown

  • Fantastic listening

After a year or more back to back listening to all the episodes of ‘History of England’ I’m so glad to be in David’s company again, this time along with Roifield, as they discuss iconic objects, customs, practices and people of England. Always informative, often amusing. Five stars

  • Needed this Fix

Haven't been to the UK since Covid, so this podcast is a welcome substitute. Feels like I'm sitting in a London pub! Sorry for the corny analogy, I'm thoroughly American :-)
