After another unexpected and seemingly unforced hiatus, I'm back. This week, I will detail how my current bout with severe depression took me off my game months ago and how I had to evaluate the situation to improve. I'm on the path to doing 'better'... more

Really like the quick 10-minute lessons I can walk away with couple times a week. Payne comes off as a pro with relatable examples; for example talking about the fitness trainer and how she was able to help her potential clients see beyond the cover.
