The first few episodes I would agree with most of what the host was saying and as a table 2 carrier his anger is justified and warranted but the anger when its pointed at those willing to do something about the injustice and as his latest episode for clc is ranting about how no one can save this union or the letter carrier than what other option is there than to give up seems like the end thought. As a table 2 carrier, I can agree that there is a foundational injustice in the 2 tiered pay system in the NALC.
Past that, I’m not really following the message.
Have administrations failed to correct this situation in the past? Yes
Does that mean that literally every individual that didn’t burn down the USPS since 2013 is tainted and beyond use or salvation? That seems to be the core argument.

The actions of NALC President Brian Renfroe give an example of a Union that has left it’s membership. Leaving the NALC hurts your local branch, but I can’t fault anyone who does leave it from Table 2 because Brian Renfroe does works against Table 2 carriers and can negate our voice with the strike of a pen and call it “good faith” negotiations.
