  • Bias just keeps getting worse

Tuned in again thinking just ‘maybe’ they may have taken account as to why people no longer trust our media. But quite shocked as they have just Doubled down on their far left bias. Always just one biased side covered. Very annoying and disappointing, media in NZ have created there own demise.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Dr Claire Achmad: Children's Commissioner on stepping down from the role
Q: What would you like to see done to help turn these statistics around and continue a downward trend in child poverty?
I want decision-makers across the political spectrum to prioritize children, ensure their rights and well-being are central, and push for intergenerational thinking so today's choices benefit children into the next century; this includes lifting incomes, strengthening welfare, and making housing affordable and secure.
Richard E Grant: actor on his new film Savage House
Q: What did you first think when you read this script?
He was surprised the project was written with him in mind and later learned he was near the top of a long list, which made the casting feel validating. He emphasizes the importance of the script, director, and cast in deciding to take on a role.
Richard E Grant: actor on his new film Savage House
Q: Good morning Francesca, how are you?
Richard discusses how much fun he had with the extreme and outrageous aspects of the role, noting the cross-class romance and the intense social dynamics. He also highlights the need for emotional honesty in scenes that could be perceived as funny.
Steve Newall: entertainment correspondent on Universal Studios launching two Ozzy Osbourne-themed haunted houses
Q: What can you tell us about Universal Studios' Ozzy Osbourne haunted houses and their licensing plans?
They are launching two Ozzy Osbourne–themed haunted houses around the world, with the aim of expanding his licensing program and monetizing the concept across different regions.
Azaria Howell: Newstalk ZB political reporter on Stuart Nash withdrawing as NZ First's Napier candidate following Nimon comments
Q: What do the latest Talbot Mills poll results suggest about coalition chances and party dynamics?
The poll shows the coalition back in power with National leading and a renewed showing for NZ First, while Greens and ACT vary. This suggests shifting parliamentary negotiations, where NZ First's position remains delicate and potential coalition partners could recalibrate their strategies based on the numbers and the public mood.
