  • Great content

Guests are fun to listen to, and the host knows his stuff, although he needs some speech coaching. Friendly advice would be to slow down speech, and not say "awesome" or "perfect" quite as often 😉😘

  • 31 yr old Noob Spearo

Im from a Hawaii an had a disconnect with the ocean when I moved here. I’m finding my love for the water again. I found noob Spearo an love em but hard to relate to straya in the states so when I found your podcasts featuring more Locals I was hyped. • The only podcast I listen to

Whether I’m driving to work or walking through the grocery store, I love listening to the spear! The tips are great but I always look forward to the stories. I like how they remind me about my firsts. Roman has a genuine love for the sport and it comes through in the show.

  • The Spear Podcast

I started spearfishing about one year ago. A friend at work heard that I’d picked up this new hobby and told me about a podcast called The Spear. I’ve been listening ever since. Every commute to and from work I’m gaining so much useful information that would almost be impossible for me to find anywhere else. Cool stories. Funny guys and gals. Lots of diversity in the types of fish, environments, techniques and gear being talked about. Awesome safety tips. Cool history lessons. I really lik... more

  • Good stuff

I only just started listening to this Podcast and have learned tons and enjoy the conversation between the host and guest!

BUT, you say “that’s awesome” and “so cool” so often as an answer to your guests comments or stories, it makes you hard to listen to. Kind of like a verbal pause.

Anyways love the podcast and will continue listening! I’ll just have to try and refrain from counting how many “that’s awesome’s” and “so cool’s” I hear.
