I have been following Waddell since I was a young fella and love how he does not forgot about his routes and where he came from. I do my best to keep deer/Turkey hunting old school when I teach my kids how to hunt and that’s whats Waddell is best at .The podcast has really been helping me on long drives to visit my dad while he nears the end of his life.Keep up the great work your number one Fan

The Michael Waddell Podcast #23 – Straight Talk
Q: In social media today, many folks focus only on the outcomes of the hunt. What is your process for overcoming misses and getting back to yourself for the next opportunity?
Pride can be dangerous, misses feel like a personal blow, and the way forward is to return to confidence by getting out in the woods, shooting a doe to rebuild the feel for the shot, and preserving the passion while learning from the mistake.
The Michael Waddell Podcast #11 – Ned Yost
Q: Who have been your biggest influences in baseball?
Teddy Simmons was a critical influence, teaching me the nuances of the game, and Bobby Cox, whose management style and treatment of people had a lasting impact on my own coaching philosophy.
The Michael Waddell Podcast #11 – Ned Yost
Q: How was the transition from being a player to managing a team?
It's different because as a player, you take care of yourself. As a manager, you have to care for 25 guys and be the face of the organization, which involves more structure and organization.
The Michael Waddell Podcast #10 – Blake Shelton
Q: What about the armadillo? What do they accomplish?
Well, what do they give back?
The Michael Waddell Podcast #10 – Blake Shelton
Q: Can I ask you a question?
When you're hunting and a deer comes out into the food plot or whatever, what song do you hear in your head?
