    The content in this podcast is extremely helpful. Thank you Andrea. I hear a lot about substance addiction, but not about other forms such as phone addiction, political news, etc. I believe these types of addictions get overlooked because the person isn’t actually consuming something like drugs or alcohol, but the addicted person consumes the information and they destroy families just the same.
