    The content in this podcast is extremely helpful. Thank you Andrea. I hear a lot about substance addiction, but not about other forms such as phone addiction, political news, etc. I believe these types of addictions get overlooked because the person isn’t actually consuming something like drugs or alcohol, but the addicted person consumes the information and they destroy families just the same.     I listened to two episodes and while the advice is important, the repetition is a bit painful. The number of times she repeats the exact same sentence over the course of an episode makes me think she is trying to fill a minute quota?
