Welcome to the first episode of The Running Jump Podcast! This episode contains a little bit about my background and what you can expect from future episodes.
Had some questions but the Gmail for this podcast wouldn’t accept my email. This is a great podcast for someone like me who is trying to develop a running habit. Thank you for the inspiration and motivation.
Heard an ad for this podcast on VORW and decided to give it a shot. I already got a few pointers to try out on my runs and have improved my outlook on running. This isn’t a crazily produced over-the-top production. The host gets to the point and there’s no filler.
This is a very informative and encouraging podcast for a beginning runner like me. Looking forward to future episodes.
