  • Adam Gower shows is true colors

Adam was my landlord. He’s an awful guy, two-faces and a thief. Not just my experience but every tenant that has been unlucky to rent one of his properties. Unsure it makes sense to get any advice from him, no matter competence and experience he lacks integrity for sure.

    Your choice.

  • Great podcast!

I was impressed by her dynamic energy and passion for real estate crowdfunding. Her company, Vesterr, is revolutionizing the industry by making hotel investing accessible to everyone. Despite being under the continuous observation of the SEC and FINRA, Davonne's sense of humor and professionalism remained steadfast.

How CRE Loan Brokers Automate Capital Markets
Q: And what does lev.com do?
Yaakov explains that Lev started as a financing platform to digitize CRE deals and has evolved into a software provider that offers a full suite for financing brokers and lenders, including pipeline management, OM generation, document normalization, API access, and an agent to interact with data. The goal is to replace disparate spreadsheets and manual processes with an integrated system that handles CRM, deal data, and lender outreach.
The CRE Sponsor Pulling Ahead on AI
Q: How are you training your team to integrate AI, and what does a successful internal process look like?
Leadership sets the AI agenda, assigns an AI champion, identifies problems to solve first, creates an AI-focused team to support the rest of the organization, and emphasizes hands-on learning with caution about data quality and governance.
The CRE Sponsor Pulling Ahead on AI
Q: What have you seen over the last few years that have replaced the IRR as the main focus when guiding investment decisions?
The shift has been toward long-term compounding and real wealth through steady, durable returns rather than chasing quick, high IRR wins; education and data-driven perspectives have helped stakeholders understand the true drivers of wealth in real estate.
The Data Layer Reshaping Real Estate Decisions
Q: What is the onboarding process when you get a new client? How long does that take and how complicated is it for clients to come up to speed to learn the platform well?
Onboarding varies with client complexity. If a client has a documented ERP and clean data vendor access with established chart of accounts, onboarding can be completed in a day. For highly customized environments with fragmented systems and many platforms, onboarding can take months, as the team must align definitions, boundaries, and data connections across multiple asset classes and geographies.
How to Find Off Market Land Deals in Minutes
Q: What does Prophetic actually do for land developers on a day-to-day basis?
Prophetic centralizes and automates critical land development tasks, from discovery and zoning analysis to site planning and outreach, reducing weeks of work to hours and enabling faster, more informed decisions.
