All these interviews are so profound and deeply needed voices - I’m so glad Kate and the Raw Living team are hosting renowned wisdom keepers and experts from around the world! This is so much more than about nutrition: the vast world available to us through our bodies, our spiritual connection and our evolution as humanity on Earth. Yay 💚thank you guys.
I learnt a lot about liver flushes from the Annie Jubb podcast. I also loved the one with GT Dave who had the first kombucha company back in the 90s.
Kate is a great interviewer, and she picks all the best people to interview! If you can spend hours in health food stores like me, reading all the labels, this is the podcast equivalent of wandering around a giant Wholefoods all afternoon. Thank you Kate!
This just seems like a forum for companies to sell their wares. I was hoping for raw food support from the masters who have been raw long term.
Informative, Interesting & Enjoyable! I highly recommend this podcast 😀
