There is a common saying in the field of neuroscience - "neurons that fire together, wire together". This happens in our brain, for better or worse! What we think about and watch causes thought patterns, also known as "neural trees" in our brain.

Appreciated how raw and honest the interviews were, especially in talking about matters that are considered taboos. Wonderful hosting too!
Would recommend for those looking to hear local voices & to gain language to understand and express matters of the heart.
Overall good topic discussed. A few good things I liked:
- the guest’s shared personal experiences
- the host was engaging
Things I didn’t like which has room for improvement is the audio on the guest side is very soft. Most dialogue was hard to catch. And, the ending was abrupt.
Really liked the podcast, especially on how what soul care is (your thoughts, emotions and your will), how it is like for different people, and how you shared how you take care of your own soul care. The portion about negative emotions is also eye opening as I am unaware and do not have a method to properly process negative emotions in a healthy way
