Most track pods skip the field events (apart from Mondo updates!) so it’s awesome to have Paulie throws dig deep into shot, jav, disc and even the hammer after all the big meets. I learn a ton and it’s always a good concise listen.
Really love how citius split throws off with an expert and lots of info. Pauline’s great and I learn a lot. However, his live shows from Tokyo involve 6-10 extended yawns which could easily be muted or edited out. Very distracting!
