  • Newer listener- loving it!

I’m a newer listener and found this podcast through Instagram reels. Love the encouraging and relatable content! My babe is 7 months and while she’s not near toddler the stage quite yet, it’s been really helpful “stocking up” on the advice for those challenges ahead. I appreciate the tips and info that this podcast provides to this mama who doesn’t have or make time to read parenting books. 💕

  • This is the podcast all new moms need!

Lauren has such a talent for pulling out the important intellectual bits as well as the deep heart centric connections that confuse, transform, heal, strengthen, and break us down when we become mothers, every time we become a mother. She holds the conversations that need more visibility and normalization.

  • Refreshing

Lauren is a wonderful host-engaging, sincere and honest. I love how she paints a real picture of motherhood with an added sense of humor. Her guests are amazing and this latest episode with Maxine was superb. I could resonate so much with what was talked about and took away lots of practical tips. I’m really enjoying this podcast and can’t wait to hear more great episodes in the future.

  • Honest and relatable

Lauren’s podcast spills the light on how motherhood is really like. With her guests she talks about things than no one talks about: how your identity changes when a new little human being enters your life, how it’s ok to miss the “old you” spiritually and physically and how it’s ok to ask for and accept help. She talks about a multifaceted role of a mom and inspires listeners by interviewing strong moms that can make ANYTHING happen. I highly recommend this podcast to any mom with small children... more

  • Connected and Nurtured

Lauren is open, generous and engaging while informing and supporting other moms and mom's to be. I believe this platform and these conversations are so needed. You'll walk away feeling understood, not alone and with a sense of feeling connected. The episode with Tandy of Unicorn Wellenss was full of so many takeaways and insights, I listened twice! I'm inspired by Lauren and her guests. I'd say this pod is great if you're a mom, but even non mothers will benefit from so many of these episodes. -... more

  • A must listen for moms

I wish this podcast was around before I had my first of three children almost 7 years ago. Actually I wish it had been around before I got pregnant with my first. Lauren does not sugar coat what it is like to be a mom. Her honesty is refreshing and you realize you’re not alone in this insanity called motherhood. The experts are people I want to learn from. There is no judgement in this podcast, it’s funny, honest, and heartwarming.

    Thank you Lauren!
