  • A must for Texans who care about this great state!

Luke does an incredible job breaking down the most important issues facing us today. He hunts down the details (voting records, and actions) and doesn’t accept lip service from smooth-speaking politicians. He cuts to the heart of issues and calls us to action. He is unapologetically Christian and leaves political correctness for the Austin bats. I try to never miss an episode!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

20 Years of Texas Political History
Q: Have we fully arrived at a time to govern, or is there still accountability needed?
The speaker argues that while conservatives are at a phase of governance and reputation, there are ongoing accountability mechanisms—shaming bad behavior and creating positive incentives—to keep politicians aligned with conservative goals; the era of true permanence is not absolute, but the trajectory is toward stronger governance.
My Interview With Dan Patrick
Q: What is your take on data centers and crypto in Texas, and how should the state handle fast-growing tech infrastructure without destabilizing the grid?
We support innovation but insist on responsible planning; facilities should have their own power sources where possible to avoid stressing the grid, and we've enacted policy to hedge against rate increases while enabling AI and crypto growth.
My Interview With Dan Patrick
Q: There has been a lot of focus on school taxes and the homestead exemptions. What is the plan to address school taxes while keeping housing affordable for younger buyers?
The plan includes raising homestead exemptions to freeze evaluated values for seniors and adjusting thresholds to help younger homeowners, alongside expanding school choice to ensure affordability and access while reducing overall tax burden on the middle class.
My Interview With Dan Patrick
Q: Let's talk about the grid first. What are the key steps Texas needs to take to ensure dispatchable power in the coming years?
We need to accelerate natural gas plant construction, incentivize investment with a large loan fund and bonuses for on-time completion, and balance wind/solar with reliable dispatchable sources so that the grid can meet demand without brownouts or blackouts.
A Conversation with Abraham George
Q: What is your message to the supporters who stuck with you during the campaign?
Abraham George expressed gratitude and emphasized his commitment to the platform and priorities, assuring supporters that he would work hard to uphold their trust and uphold conservative values.
