  • Thank you

Thank you for affirming how hard these times are for people and the extra stress it causes. I can only listen to people who I know have basic values aligned with mine. You affirmed that. You are a good human.

  • She understands the process

Besides being just a very kind spirit to help women untangle themselves from diet culture, Brenda knows what she’s doing. She constantly sharpens her program. She understands the process. It’s not just a diet.

  • Restrictive

Her approach is very restrictive. I can see why another reviewer said they developed an eating disorder after doing her program.

  • Too much wasted time

As others have said, there’s just too much sales, filler and wasted chatter with very little content. Unlistenable.

  • Heavy on words, light on content

She is warm, positive, and engaging and I am sure she has a lot of good information to share.

Unfortunately there is a lot of filler and rambling in each episode that makes it hard to listen to, and hard to glean the message she is trying to convey.

Too much build up in the introduction and circuitous monologue through the middle and end…and never gets to the promised content (or the content is lost in the mix).
