Besides being just a very kind spirit to help women untangle themselves from diet culture, Brenda knows what she’s doing. She constantly sharpens her program. She understands the process. It’s not just a diet.
Her approach is very restrictive. I can see why another reviewer said they developed an eating disorder after doing her program.
As others have said, there’s just too much sales, filler and wasted chatter with very little content. Unlistenable.
She is warm, positive, and engaging and I am sure she has a lot of good information to share.
Unfortunately there is a lot of filler and rambling in each episode that makes it hard to listen to, and hard to glean the message she is trying to convey.
Too much build up in the introduction and circuitous monologue through the middle and end…and never gets to the promised content (or the content is lost in the mix).
Brenda is a master at helping women breakthrough their issues surrounding weight loss. She’s funny, smart and very relatable. I have learned so much from her over the years and have taken copious notes from listening to her podcasts. She’s also has stayed skinny throughout the years, which shows that what she teaches works!
