    Emily is one of the most genuine podcasters out there. She speaks from her own truth and wants others to find theirs. She works to empathize with listeners and speak to real struggles.   • Best start to every week!

    Ladies, if you are looking for some goodness for your brain, this girl is for you! The episodes are the perfect length to start my Monday mornings off right (and my week) by blasting this girl through my radio on my drive into work. I don’t know how, but Emily always knows exactly what I need to hear that week. She talks to you like she would her dearest friends and I feel so seen in every episode. Could not recommend this enough!

    Where do I even begin? When I first heard about this podcast I was intrigued knowing it was a counselor and as a fellow counselor I like to support other counselors. I started listening to support a fellow counselor and stayed to support a beautiful soul in Emily. I love her perspective and her genuine nature about her. She truly is the epitome of a kind mind 💜

    I found this podcast randomly when I was at a point where I needed help finding a way to get out of my negative headspace. Almost instantly, Emily seemed to be speaking directly to me in identifying her own areas of struggle and how she works to overcome them.
