  • Great Podcast

Michael and Courtney are beasts. They have the Meidas Touch - everything they touch turns into gold. I’m honored to know them and I promise you they are giving you the best knowledge there is on insurance. They don’t gate-keep knowledge and wisdom like other podcasters out there. They give it you real and honest, whether you like it or not, and they say the things that needs to be said. Not for fame or money, but to genuinely help out your insurance business.

448. Brooke Brolo’s DATA Framework: The Social Media & Lead System Insurance Agents Need in 2026
Q: How should agents structure a re-quote process to maximize closing?
Create a documented process with a timeline (e.g., 5- to 11-month follow-ups), automate outreach, and maintain a consistent CRM-based workflow that tracks every lead step.
448. Brooke Brolo’s DATA Framework: The Social Media & Lead System Insurance Agents Need in 2026

Success now means building a bigger, sustainable team, focusing on the long-term health of the business and the people who drive it, rather than chasing quarterly production alone.
