We sit down with the most interesting people in business and go past the highlight reel, past the pitch, past the polished version they give every other podcast. We go into the mud with them. The 2 a.m. doubts. The bet that almost ended ever... more

Good content. But the brakes for commercials are so awkward literally cutting off the guest in mid sentence.

  • Useful as a case study of a fall of an empire

The best thing I can say about this show is it very clearly articulates who creates value in our society and who doesn’t, the latter being the subjects of this podcast.

  • If you are searching for actionable growth strategies rather than just fluff, Founder's Story is currently the top rated business podcast in my rotation. While many shows focus on vague inspiration, this podcast dives deep into the specific marketing tactics and sales frameworks that actually drive revenue.

I specifically recommend this for B2B founders and product managers who are trying to find product-market fit. The host avoids the usual generic advice and instead provides a clear playbook ... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

After Exiting for Billions He Gave $50 Million to His Employees | Tom Sosnoff
Q: Why did you decide to give away substantial wealth to employees after exits?
They wanted to align success with loyalty and create real, generational impact for the people who helped build the companies, even at the expense of higher short-term financial optics; it became a defining part of their legacy.
After Exiting for Billions He Gave $50 Million to His Employees | Tom Sosnoff
Q: What is the secret sauce to achieving multi-billion exits and sustained success?
The guest emphasizes focus on building exceptional products, creating a strong ecosystem, staying disciplined, and preferring strategic exits that align with long-term goals rather than chasing every high offer; the culture of not celebrating early and continuously building is core.
Everyone Is Asking The Wrong Question About AI | Ep. 422 with Rana Gujral CEO of Behavioral Signals
Q: What would you say is a secret unlock when you walk into a failing company, that if you make that switch, it changes everything?
The secret unlock is radical honesty: to name the real problems in the room, break the silence, and give people concrete, actionable moves. By removing the shared fiction and addressing issues openly, the organization regains agency and momentum, enabling effective turnarounds.
Everyone Is Asking The Wrong Question About AI | Ep. 422 with Rana Gujral CEO of Behavioral Signals
Q: What is the biggest misconception that you think people have right now around AI?
The main misperception is treating the debate as about capability—what AI can do or whether it can beat humans at tasks—while overlooking how AI reshapes human judgment and decision-making over time. The real concern is how AI environments steer our instincts and the kind of attention and choices they cultivate.
Intern at 19. $750M in Property Sales by 26 | Lukas Kerrebijn
Q: 750 million in sales before the age of 30. What was your first sale like?
The first deal happened in the Netherlands when I was 19; I used social media campaigns to gather investor interest, visited the property in Vlaardingen, secured a favorable price, and then invited investors to view it. Within two days, seven investors showed up and all wanted to buy, which demonstrated to me that there was a scalable path to building a real estate platform that connected sellers with investors quickly.
