Refreshing truth, sharing wisdom with the general public. Thank you. For too long, we grow up to believe the paradigm. Most are still living and believe it. It takes one person, one thought at a time, to shift our beliefs and consciousness.

Don't waste your time. Extremely misleading and harmful information in a lot of episodes. Cherry picks who they talk to and ignores a lot of scientific studies. There is occasionally some cool info in some episodes, but overall not worth listening to and you can easily find better informed content elsewhere. Don't be sucked in by how dodgy information is presented as if it's true.
A refreshing look at all things health wise. Keep up the good work.
