  • Trumpers/RFK supporters

I previously left a review stating that there wasn’t much real educating in this podcast.

It has since gotten worse. This family supports our deranged felon president and RFK pushing an ableist narrative against autism because of Tylenol. Please avoid these people and their product sales if you support science, reason, or a return to true American values of free speech.

  • Changed my life!

I love this podcast! It is my favorite podcast and it has changed my life and health. The guests are amazing and Joey and Liz ask great questions! It is so great to have a trusted source on health and wellness. Liz and Joey always help me feel informed but not fearful like some other health and wellness podcasts. They also only have one sponsor, Ancestral Supplements, which makes me trust them more and I also don’t feel like I have to run off and buy some new product.

I also love their rebrand ... more

  • It should just be Joey

I have listened to these folks for a long time. Joey takes a true open-minded and wise approach to things, often admitting his own ignorance and wanting to be educated. Liz is frequently acting superior, talking down to him and their guests, acting like she’s the first person to ever have had a child or reconsidered her way of feeding her family, and now starting a “movement” where kids do things as simple as cook meals. There is no real educating here. There is an attempt at product sales. If i... more
