I love this podcast! It is my favorite podcast and it has changed my life and health. The guests are amazing and Joey and Liz ask great questions! It is so great to have a trusted source on health and wellness. Liz and Joey always help me feel informed but not fearful like some other health and wellness podcasts. They also only have one sponsor, Ancestral Supplements, which makes me trust them more and I also don’t feel like I have to run off and buy some new product.

Liz and Joey are excellent hosts (in fact I always look forward to episodes done with just the two of them chatting), and they also bring on incredible guests that inspire thought provoking topics around nutrition, health, family and parenting.
Love this podcast from the beginning and I’m even more excited for the new turn they’re taking 🤍

Such great guests, such great advice, and I truly f... more
