This is great! I’ve been doing a chronological reading of the Bible, this follows that format which is really neat. I’ve been taking notes on things I didn’t understand or wanted to know more about, and this show is answering so many of them with the historical background and context for things that might not make much sense today. Love it!!
This podcast is everything I was searching for as I read the Bible this year. The way you narrate and explain religious and historical aspect of the Bible puts me there. I can see the clothing, the people, the terrain. I have a better perception of who God is. As I read through the books I then listen to the corresponding episodes.
