I just started listen to Preslie’s podcast and as an avid podcast listener this has quickly become a favorite! Binging this as we speak! My only complaint is you have to wait in between new episodes!
I might be biased because Preslie is actually a friend, but every time I press play and hear her say "hey friends!" it draws a huge smile on my face. I love the conversations she has with people from all walks of life and how she conducts the interviews in such a natural way it's really easy to follow along. Always inspiring and insightful! Keep doing and sharing the work my friend! Love you lots!!
Preslie truly lives in the space. Awesome insight.
I love the quality, content and the various topics! Keeps me interested and engaged
I love the quality and mix of content Preslie delivers with her guests! I especially recently have enjoyed the episode “how to declutter your life”.
"you have to organize yourself first” ——— yesssssss thank you Preslie for saying that!!!!!!!
Thank you and looking forward to continuing to listen to more!
Preslie loves to help people through her experience, expertise, and knowledge of the human body, and through that she is impacting people everyday. I encourage you to listen and check out all of her content!

I just moved to Arizona last August and shortly after that decided to try and become a professional CrossFit athlete before going out and getting a real job. I am always looking for podcasts to help guide my journey and help me do what I need to do to get where I want to be and this podcast is incredible in that capacity. James Ellis and Alexa Fourlis mentioned you and everything you've done in your life and I immediately subscribed to the podcast and I am making my way through every episode. Th... more

I don’t recall what I was doing when I was in my mid 20’s but I can assure you it was not making the huge impact that Preslie of the Hey Preslie Podcast is making. This girl is going to change the world one day & I’m happy to have a front row seat to see her do it. This podcast is one of the mediums she’s using to get started & it’s fantastic. She’s thoughtful & inquisitive with her guests. She asks the best questions & always has some sort of research or statistical data to add to every convers... more
Amazing wellness podcast.
Preslie does a great job incorporating not just nutrition but the importance of healthy mind as well. Really helps with overall health and how to rock life to the best of your ability.
Preslie makes nutrition approachable, adaptable for all, and exciting without being overbearing. Her attitude is open & honest, her podcasts always clear & easy to follow. She breaks down confusing diets, myths, etc. and keeps an optimistic approach to overall wellness. Also something I appreciate about Preslie’s podcast is her voice; it may not be something normally noted on a review, but after all, we are listening to someone & how they sound matters! Preslie has soothing voice & enunciates ve... more
