Tammy, firstly I’d like to say thank you for the time and vulnerability it takes to develop and launch a podcast. Secondly, I’d like to say thank you for sharing your knowledge, wisdom, and experiences - it has helped me to be a better nurse, mother, and friend. Loving the podcast so far! Episodes are specific and helpful; not an overload of information- enough to take it all in in steps. They include stories of personal experience and tips that anyone can apply to their lives almost instantly to start making even the smallest differences. Keep up the great work.

As a Helper my whole life, headed to be a bigger Helper in life. This podcast came to me at the best time. Thank you for helping and being such a light in everyone’s life.
Great podcast Tammy! Ep4 (so far) was definitely my fave. I love how you don’t just fill the time with loads of information but also include the practical aspects of the topic and tips on how to implement the changes we desire. You keep it clear and relatable, which made me able to think about my own situation for each topic you’ve covered so far. Look forward to listening each week! “Balance” is my word of the year :)
